💔 Our hearts are heavy today 💔

The recent fire at Cobblestone Apartments has devastated members of our local Cicero community where many have lost absolutely everything they own.

As a gym family, we believe in lifting each other up—both inside and outside these walls. We are turning our heartbreak into action and stepping up to help.

🚒 Honoring Our Heroes:

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the Town of Cicero Firefighters, first responders, and rescue teams. Thank you for your incredible bravery, dedication, and for doing everything you possibly could that day.

We are officially collecting donations at the front desk to support the victims.

Blood Drive Details
Thursday, July 23, 2026
Hours: 10 am - 3 pm, staff will arrive around 9 am to set up and be there until around 4:30 pm.
We will need about 8 tables and 15 chairs in the space for our use prior to our arrival so staff have the space to quickly set up the blood drive equipment.

The room must be maintained between 64–74°F throughout the blood drive to ensure equipment functions properly and operations can continue without interruption.

We appreciate you sharing information about the blood drive however you are able. I am attaching a PDF of the poster, a QR code that will bring people to the schedule and a JPG of the poster for sharing on social media. Please let me know if you would like me to print and mail any printed materials.
