THE ULTIMATE FUNDRAISER SOFTBALL SHOWDOWN!

Watch the EHPS Educators (The Apples) take on our local Peace Officers (The Donuts) in a battle for community bragging rights! It’s a classic matchup for an even better cause.

LOCATION: EHHS Softball Field

🌮 CINCO DE MAYO FIESTA

Since we’re playing on the 5th of May, let’s make it a party!

DRESS CODE: Come dressed in your best Cinco De Mayo attire!

FOOD: A local food truck will be on-site to keep the fans fed!

😈 SABOTAGE THE COMPETITION

Want to help your favorite team win? You can purchase "Sabotages" to give the other team a hilarious handicap.

Make a Peace Officer run the bases backward!

Force an Educator to bat with a pool noodle!

Buy a "Strike" or an "Extra Out" for your team!

Today we supported the Heroes and Helpers program run by the Lewis & Clark County Sheriff's Office. Special thanks to all our Heroes who came from the Sheriff's Office, East Helena Police Department, MHP, rural fire agencies, HFD, MT DOC, Valley Bank, and The Home Depot. The Lewis and Clark Sheriff's Community Foundation is starting its fundraising for its Heroes and Helpers event in December. Our first fundraising event will be Monday, October 13, 2025 at Buffalo Wild Wings. 15% of eligible purchases will go to the foundation. Come watch Buffalo take on Atlanta and Chicago take on Washington. Please show your server this ad or print out.

Can you dedicate a couple of hours per month to volunteering in your community? The Lewis & Clark Sheriff's Community Foundation is seeking additional members to join its team. Foundation members currently meet once a month and spend another hour or two per month working on special projects. Come out and support a great event and organization.

Reminder that tonight is our Second Annual Apples vs. Donuts Basketball Game. Watch as the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff's Office, faces off against the East Helena Public School Faculty and Staff. If you haven't already got your tickets, they can be purchased at the door. $5 per person or $20 for a family. All proceeds benefit the Lewis and Clark Sheriff's Community Foundation. There will be additional fundraisers during the event for various EHPS clubs and organizations.

Our second annual Apples Vs Donuts came will be Wednesday, November 20th , 2024, at 6:30pm at East Helena High School. Come watch as the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff's Office faces off against the East Helena Public School Staff. Ticket proceeds will go to the Lewis and Clark Sheriff's Community Foundation.

A booth to purchase tickets will be set up during next week's parent/teacher conference.

Tickets will also be available at the entrance of the game.

Additionally, the East Valley Middle School yearbook will be hosting "Chuck a Duck" at half time of the game. The closest duck to the center of the court will win the cash pot! Proceeds will go to East Valley Middle School yearbook. Ducks will be for sale at the entrance of the game for $2!

The Lewis and Clark County Sheriff's Office is looking forward to having the trophy in our office for years to come.
