Today we congratulate our very own Mr. North...he will be receiving the Honorary American Degree at National FFA Convention in Indianapolis in October.
He has dedicated 33 years to educating youth and we have had the honor of having him as our advisor for over 20 of those years. Congratulations Mr. North and thank you for all you have done for all of us and the impact you have made on Eagle Point FFA!

Congratulations to these three today! They completed the Douglas County Livestock Judging Contest. We didn't have a fourth person for a team score, but individually they all placed in the top 10!

Congratulations to our livestock judging team this week.
Thursday we traveled to Deschutes County Fair in Redmond. The team placed 3rd overall and Lily Campbell placed 10th high individual.

Today we went over the hill to Klamath County. The team was 2nd Overall.
Individual placings:
Lily Campbell - 2nd
Kage Kennington - 4th
Rex Porter - 10th
Wyatt Javkson - 13th
Eva Richardson - 20th

Our final County County contest will be Saturday in Roseburg before competing in the state contest at the end of the month.

The 2026 Jackson County Fair has come and gone and our Eagle Point FFA members did a fantastic job! They handled the heat, stress and activities well.

Thank you to the businesses and individuals that supported all the exhibitors in the auctions! Our members have earned some amazing checks for their projects.

A great day at the Jackson County Fair today!
Our hog exhibitors showed in market classes.
Sophie Mayfield - Champion FFA
Lillian Campbell 1st, Wyatt Jackson 2nd
AJ White 3rd, Gary Leonardo, Lane Osborne, Gabe Dunbar and Hilton Walden

These ahowman will show in Showmanship tomorrow at 8am and will then sell their hogs tomorrow night at 7pm.

Also Congratulations to Lily Leonardo for exhibiting the Grand Champion Beef Female!! GREAT JOB!!
