Our hearts are full. And our field looks great! Today was a true Dyer Babe Ruth day: Many hands (and smiling faces) chipping in to clean up the field. And WOW, does it look great! Genuinely excited by this supportive start to the fall season. All clear for baseball!

Let’s kick the season off! Junior league parents, come to the field Saturday 8/22 for a quick 9am meeting to talk fall season and see the game schedule; then join us as we tidy up the field for play. Help make Dyer Babe Ruth be proud of its appearance and volunteer spirit! We know it’s late notice, but I mean, this weather…. DM with any questions.

Hope everyone is doing ok! Mother Nature has messed up a lot of things this week, including the start of fall baseball. If you haven’t officially registered for 13-15yo or 16-18yo teams, PLEASE DM US OR EMAIL [email protected] ASAP (even if you think a coach or someone already knows you want to register). We’re all doing the best we can, and we hope to get teens playing baseball and get life back to normal!

All of us at Dyer Babe Ruth hope you and yours are safe. It’s hard to imagine a storm like we had - and we’ve had some crazy storms.

We want you and your families to work towards getting back to normal, as we are doing. Once life feels more settled, we’ll get to work on making sure the ballfield is repaired. As beautiful as our and Dyer Little League’s tree-lined area is, there’s quite a bit to repair, and our facility currently isn’t safe for activity.

We’ll continue to share updates as we get them. Thanks for your patience, and we hope you and yours are safe and recovering well.

IT’S SHOWTIME! The Gunslingers ride the high of yesterday’s semifinal win over the Outlaws to move to today’s noon final against Crown Point Diamond Kings. Come out to beautiful Riverside Park to cheer Dyer on! We’re already proud of you, gentlemen - give this last game your all!

It’s win or go home! We’ve reached bracket play in the state tournament, and the Dynamite aim to advance from an 11am game with Porter County, while the Gunslingers face the winner at 2pm. Winner goes on to tomorrow’s championship game - give it all you got!
