Putting this out there now. Our next meeting is June 10th! Hopefully you can plan ahead and make it in to check the team out!

If you enjoy off-roading and want to use those skills for something bigger than just finding the next trail, come meet the team.

We are a 100% volunteer unit that helps when people are lost, stranded, or need assistance in places regular vehicles cannot always reach. We train, we respond, and we use our own 4x4s, ATVs, side-by-sides, and snowmobiles to help our community when it matters.

No experience in search and rescue is required. Just a willingness to learn, train, and show up.

Wednesday, June 10th at 7:00 PM
Pierce County EOC
2501 S 35th St
Tacoma, WA

Come meet the team, ask questions, and see if this is something you’d like to be part of.

Volunteer. Get trained. Help bring people home.

Not every situation is a 911 emergency. Knowing the difference matters.

Three-digit numbers are designed to be easy to remember when you need help. Whether it’s an emergency, mental health support, city services, or finding local resources, using the right number connects you to the right response.

Choosing the right number keeps emergency lines open for true life-threatening situations and crimes in progress, while connecting others to the support they need.

Today we honor and remember those that gave their lives serving our country. We may not know them all, but we owe them all.

STOP!

This is an important reminder for drivers to be especially cautious of pedestrians and cyclists as the weather improves, and more residents are outside enjoying the warmer days.

Stop signs are an important part of helping to keep everyone safe. Be sure to come to a complete stop, check your surroundings, and then continue when it’s safe. Failing to stop not only puts others at risk but can result in a traffic ticket and a fine.

Let’s work together to keep everyone safe!
