Founded on December 14, 2025, the GFWC DuPont Community Hive formed to serve the community of DuPont and Pierce County in the areas of education, civic engagement, arts & culture, environment, and health & wellness.

The General Federation of Women’s Clubs was founded in 1890 and has clubs in all of the United States and numerous countries across the world.

We are proud to follow in the tradition and work of the women before us.

Since forming, the founding members have been hard at work building the framework for a vibrant organization.

Follow us to support our work and join our efforts!

Quick weekend update!! Emails were sent this morning with Convention updates from our NEW email address! Hopefully you all received them! Please be sure to share with your non-email-using members as well!

And a SOCK it to SPRING update! As of today, 3/29, we have put 355 pairs of socks into the hands of new owners! Great job ladies!! Still a ways to go to hit our 1896 target but just think of all those warm toes! 🩷
