November is National Family Caregivers Month.

SOME OF THE STRONGEST PEOPLE ARE QUIETLY FALLING APART WHILE TAKING CARE OF EVERYONE ELSE.

They’re the daughters caring for aging parents, the parents raising children with special needs, and the spouses caring for the person they once leaned on.
They’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and often forgotten.
You can love someone with your whole heart and still be tired of carrying so much.
Being strong doesn’t mean you don’t need support.
The ones who take care of everyone else deserve someone to take care of them, too.
If you know a caregiver, check on them. They need love, too. đź’ś
