To wrap up our Meet the Staff series: the Wanocksett Administration!
You’ll recognize some familiar faces here, this group has the lowest turnover rate on staff! These are the folks working behind the scenes to keep the camp magic alive.
First up, returning for his 36th year on staff, is Camp Director Danny Megan! To this day, his favorite memories come from the summer of ’93, his first year as Scoutcraft Director.
Next is Assistant Camp Director Andy Collins. When he’s not at camp, he teaches computer science and personal finance at Murdock High School.
Our Program Director, Nick O’Connell, is returning for his 2nd year in the role. In the off-season, Nick has a unique job working for the famous athletic brand Nike.
Ethan Graham, the Assistant Program Director, fondly recalls the Soda Shaq trading post promotion from all the way back in 2014. It may not be familiar to many, so be sure to ask him about it this summer!
Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program will be led by Director Annie Souza this year. Wanocksett is known for its beautiful night sky, and Annie especially loves watching the Perseid meteor shower each summer.
Now in his 3rd year as Business Manager, Daniel Fuller is gearing up to bring you exciting merchandise this summer! However, he still remembers his roots in Scoutcraft, making donuts by the dozen for campers to devour.
Laura Fuller will be rejoining the admin team this year as Office Manager. Like many others, she shares a favorite memory from the summit of Mount Monadnock.
In his 6th year on staff, and 1st as a member of the administration, Jack Anderson will serve as Communications Director this summer. He is one of two students on the administration team, and soon to be the only one when Dan graduates this spring.
Finally, leading Wanocksett’s incredible Webelos Resident Program this summer is Jacob Rodger. In addition to his role at camp, Jacob is both a real estate agent and a business owner. He runs Lifeshield CPR, so if you see him this summer, be sure to ask about what they do!
That wraps up our introduction to the Wanocksett senior staff. We can’t wait to see you this summer, let's have the time of our lives!
