Adoptable Sabrina has the best personality. She loves to be pet and to be the center of attention -- she's a total diva in the very best sense of the word! This active, playful 10-year-old certified lap cat is looking for a family who will love her as hard as she'll love them! Sabrina has been fully vetted (including bloodwork) and is a healthy, happy girl!

LAST CALL: You might be tired of seeing our fundraising requests lately - we're tired of sending them and would rather be playing with cats - but this is the last we'll ask for a while. We're proud of the level of medical care we give our cats like Conway, who is almost done recovering from a dental surgery and will be ready for adoption soon. We can't keep that commitment without your support. And who can say "no" to a face like Mr. Conway's? And did you know starting this year that single taxpayers can now deduct up to $1,000 of charitable donations on their federal taxes even if they don't itemize deductions, and married taxpayers filing jointly can deduct up to $2,000 without itemizing? WE'LL BE THERE FOR YOU FUNDRAISER (UPDATE): Voodoo had her dental surgery yesterday. She needed 12 teeth extracted but is feeling much better now. The bill for the much-needed surgery was more than $1,000. She is one of several cats who were adopted years ago but have recently been returned to us who need significant medical care. FUNDRAISER UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who has donated so far to help us care for cats like Conway (formerly Huffy) who have come back to us several years after being adopted. Conway had his dental surgery today and is doing great. He won over the staff at the veterinary hospital with his sweet demeanor and frequent purring! WE’LL BE THERE FUNDRAISER: Purr-Fect Haven’s commitment to a cat is for life. So while we hope that when we adopt a cat they live long happy, healthy lives with their forever families and don’t make their way back to us, sometimes they end up needing us again. This summer we’ve welcomed back eight previously adopted cats, most of them adopted in the period stretching from 2017-2020– all but one of these cats is now 6 years old or older, and five are age 7 and above. Some have come with additional health concerns we need to address: Conway (formerly Huffy) and Voodoo are both scheduled for dental procedures; Hayley, while very healthy right now, has low-level kidney issues that will require monitoring; and Bambi and Betsy each have Grade 3 heart murmurs that require additional diagnostics. This is a very big influx of returnees for a little group like us. We are committed to getting all of these cats the care they need to ready them for their new forever homes, but we can’t do it without your support. Please consider making a tax-deductible gift to Purr-Fect Haven so we can continue to serve both today’s homeless cats, and yesterday’s who might end up needing us again, for whatever reason.

Brother-sister combo Bean and Blossom love cuddling and wrestling with each other. They're also-super-affectionate with their people and like to chase balls and play with wand toys. This dynamic duo is currently living in our adoption center at the Dover PetSmart and can be seen by appointment with an approved adoption application. If not adopted together, they must must go to homes where they will have the companionship of another young and friendly cat.
