Thank you to all the dairy exhibitors who attended last night's livestock awards banquet. Congrats to Adriona Goodman who was awarded the Dairy Premier exhibitor award and was also named Overall Premier Exhibitor of the Breeding Animals at this year HCF shows.

It Dairy show time!!! Here is list of somethings you need to know!
*Don't forget to join remind 101 - text to 81010
*Check In Time is from 11am - 2pm - map was sent in previous post.
*Make sure you have health papers for check in with the State Vet.
* Make you have your registration papers, Grade Id, And/or Lease papers in hand (PAPER COPIES) for show check in.
*I am being told the beds have been cleaned but the bedding is thin - you may want to bring extra shavings from home.
*First event up tomorrow will be the Clipping contest @ 4PM - remember it is a team event - sign up will be at check in - the team consists of two exhibitors any age.
*We will go over the rest of the schedule at the exhibitor meeting tomorrow night at 6:30pm.

Tomorrow is the day! Check in is from 11am -2pm. See the map below - Dairy you are going to enter and drive by the main gate and the West end of the barn to unload. Do not unload until you are seen by the State Vet and health papers are checked!

9/20/25 - Avian Flu Testing update - Currently the requirement to have your bred heifer/cows tested for the Avian flu before the fair has been lifted unless your animal is traveling into Florida from another state. Animals housed in other states will still need to be tested within 7 days of arrival at the fair.

Don't forget this Saturday 9/20 is the State fair seminar and HCF seminar. You will receive points towards Premier Exhibitor - Make sure you sign in with Ms. Dunn at Registration for Hillsborough Exhibitors only to get your points. 50 points is alot to miss out on. You need register with the State Fair by This evening.
