Join the Blazer Education Foundation for our HUGE Flea Market this Saturday, May 30th from 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Daniel Boone Area High School - Enter through Door #10! From hidden treasures and household items to unique finds and bargains galore, you never know what you’ll discover.

We’ll also have a variety of vendors on site selling their treasures, handmade goods, crafts, and more!

The Blazer Foundation is proud to announce the presentation of four scholarships to members of the Daniel Boone Area High School Class of 2026.

This year’s recipients represent a variety of post-secondary pathways:
🎓 College Scholarships: Colin McCouch and Elijah Barsoum
💼 Workforce Scholarship: James Jones
🔧 Trade Scholarship: Ryan Kraft

We are proud to support each of these students as they take the next step in their journeys, whether that be college, entering the workforce, or pursuing a skilled trade.

These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our staff and community—funded by Jeans Days and staff raffle contributions held throughout the school year. Because of this continued support, we are thrilled to be able to award four $1,000 scholarships this year.

Thank you to everyone who helps make these opportunities possible, and congratulations to our outstanding recipients!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone in our community who supported today’s donation drive following the Douglassville Community Yard Sale!

Because of your generosity, we collected an incredible 52 carloads of donations that will directly support our huge flea market on Saturday, May 30.

We hope you’ll join us beginning at 7:00 AM for a day of treasure hunting and community fun. In addition to our large indoor, air-conditioned flea market, a variety of vendors will also be set up for you to browse and enjoy.

Every purchase and donation helps support innovative programming and new opportunities for our students across the Daniel Boone Area School District.

Thank you for continuing to believe in our students, our schools, and our community!

A sweet ending to a week dedicated to celebrating the incredible people who make Boone such a special place!

This morning, the Blazer Education Foundation delivered more than 500 Shady Maple whoopie pies to our amazing staff as a small thank you for all they do each day for our students and community.

Your dedication, compassion, and hard work never go unnoticed. We are so grateful for each and every one of you!
