Congratulations to our ICC KNIGHTS. They have earned the prestigious Star Council award for the seventh year in a row. 

Knights of Columbus, Mary Queen of Peace Council #17145, has earned the prestigious Star Council Award for the 7th consecutive year!

This is the international organization’s top award for local councils. The Star Council Award recognizes excellence in membership, outstanding service, faith formation, and community support.

Volunteers Needed!

Our Parish, in conjunction with the Mary Queen of Peace Council Knights of Columbus, will be providing and serving meals at Kennedy House, 532 Spruce St, Reading on August 8-9 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Plan to leave the Social Hall parking lot each day at 9:30 a.m.

You can also help financially. Monetary donations can be placed in the collection basket in an envelope marked "Kennedy House Soup Kitchen."

Heavenly Father,
we thank You for the blessings of liberty and for all who have sacrificed to protect our freedom.

Bless our nation with wisdom, justice, and peace. Inspire us to love our neighbors, seek the common good, and always defend the dignity of every person.

As we celebrate our country’s independence, help us remember that our greatest freedom is found in Your truth and Your love.

Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Patroness of the United States, guide our nation ever closer to You.

We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
