More Massachusetts families now qualify for WIC thanks to updated, higher income limits. Even if you didn't qualify in the past, you might now for free healthy food, nutrition coaching, and support. WIC often has a higher threshold than other programs, so check your eligibility based on new guidelines:
1 Person: Up to $2,461 / month
Family of 2: Up to $3,337 / month
Family of 3: Up to $4,212 / month
Family of 4: Up to $5,088 / month
🤰 Tip: Pregnant individuals count as two people for income calculations. Don't miss out on grocery support—apply today at Mass.gov/WIC.

Children and teens 18 years and younger can receive free, nutritious meals at Summer Eats meal sites throughout the summer. No registration or identification is required.
