Confidence-building summers, close to home. Oasis in Dobbs Ferry was established in 2005 to give children in Westchester an engaging and enriching summer. Oasis focuses on building relationships and community in a physically and emotionally safe environment. They provide children, ages 3-15 with new experiences, skills and tools. Activities include a Red Cross Swim Program, Sports and Games, Creat

ive and Performing Arts and activities such as Science, Team-building and Nature. Oasis offers:

* Developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 3-11 and a Teen Travel program for ages 12 to 15.
* A Full Day Program with Drop-off between 8:30-9am and Pick-up between 5 -5:30pm (extended times available also)
* Flexible Enrollment - Anywhere from 2-8 weeks
* Staff that are college aged and Education Professionals.
* Block schedules with less transitions and more activity.
* American Camp Association Accreditation.
* A Teen Travel experience with trips to local area sports, arts, swim and community service activities.
* Busing available from many areas of Westchester, the camp Located at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry.

🎒 School-to-Camp Countdown: Packing List! ☀️

As camp gets closer, it's time to start thinking about what your camper will need for a successful summer at Oasis!

The good news? We provide every camper with an Oasis backpack and five Oasis t-shirts. Campers are required to wear their Oasis shirt each day, so keep an eye out for an email shortly before camp begins with information about picking up your camper's supplies.

For swim days, don't forget:
🏊 Swimsuit
🩴 Pool shoes
🧺 Towel
🤿 Goggles

We also recommend packing:
🧢 A hat
🕶️ Sunglasses
💧 A reusable water bottle (a must-have every day!)

Lunch and snacks are provided by Oasis, but if your camper prefers to bring their own, please pack food in a non-disposable container.

If your child requires medication during camp, please ensure all applicable instructions and a doctor's note are attached. Medications will be safely stored and administered by our camp medical staff.

A little preparation goes a long way toward an amazing summer, and we can't wait to see everyone at camp soon! ☀️⛺💙

School-to-Camp Countdown: Week 1 ☀️🎒

Can you believe it's already June? Time is flying, and that means the official countdown to camp is ON!

Throughout the month of June, we'll be sharing a weekly School-to-Camp post to help campers and parents prepare for an unforgettable summer at Oasis.

First things first: mark your calendars!
🗓️ Camp officially begins on Monday, June 29, and we can't wait to welcome everyone for an amazing summer.

As you're getting ready, be sure to check that all required paperwork has been submitted. If you still have forms to complete, now is the perfect time to get those wrapped up.

You can also find your camper's division calendar on our website (link in bio) to stay up to date on important dates, events, and camp activities.
