Honored to have been asked to step out into the community to teach at Shared Pregnancy! 🌿

While many of you know me in my doula role, holistic nutrition and postpartum healing are huge pillars of the work I do. I love being able to share how we can naturally support and nourish the body through the fourth trimester.

is such a wonderful resource for local families, and they are now offering evening classes to make support even more accessible! I will absolutely be back to teach this postpartum nutrition class again soon—so keep a close eye on this page for upcoming dates.

☀️ Intentional Mama Circle: Summer Park Play Dates! ☀️
Hey mamas! As we head into the beautiful summer months, I want to make sure we stay connected, lean into community, and give our sweet kiddos plenty of time to play together.

We have a wonderful lineup of Summer Park Play Dates scheduled for our 🌷Intentional Mama Circle🌷

The Details:
💚 When: Select Thursdays throughout the summer (check the graphic for exact dates!).
💚Time: We usually arrive around **9:30 AM** and hang out well into the afternoon.
💚What to bring:** Pack plenty of snacks, lunch, and lots of water to stay hydrated!

⚠️ A Quick Note from Me (The On-Call Life!):
Because my heart and schedule are dedicated to supporting mamas in birth, these dates are tentative for me personally. As long as I am not actively at a birth or supporting a fresh postpartum mama, I will be there with open arms!✨

If a birth calls me away, I highly encourage you guys to STILL GO and meet up!** These parks are the official meeting spots for the wonderful MomCo of Greater Lansing group that meets in Holt, so there will always be a community of amazing, welcoming moms there to connect with, even if I can't make it that day.

Welcome to the world, sweet baby boy! 💙

He is here, and he is a blessing beyond measure.
To watch this mother throughout her journey was to witness pure power, endurance, and a radiant beauty that fills the entire room. She brought her son into the world with such fierce strength, and it was an absolute honor to stand beside her.

May this sweet baby boy grow to be strong, may he be kind, and may he always feel the immense love of the wonderfully unique family he has just joined. And for Mom, we wish you a postpartum season filled with sustaining peace, deep rest, and slow, beautiful days.
