BLL Annual Meeting Recap – 2027 Baseball & Softball Season

BLL recently held its annual meeting to prepare for the 2027 baseball and softball season!

During the meeting, we reviewed and approved the BLL Bylaws and Constitution, with only a few minor changes.

We also welcomed Kaylan Minor to the board, replacing Jeff Feenstra, and added four At-Large Board positions. Those positions were voted on and filled by:

Sadie Caltrider

Scott Baize

Brett Barnes

Harley Borjas

We are excited to welcome our new board members and At-Large representatives to the BLL team! We look forward to the fresh perspectives, ideas, and energy they will bring as we continue working to make our league the best it can be for our players, families, and community.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to Jeff Feenstra for his time, dedication, and service to BLL. We truly appreciate his contributions to the league and the time he has given to support our players and families.

Thank you to everyone who volunteers their time and supports BLL. We are looking forward to working together and making the 2027 baseball and softball season a great one!

Our league is only as strong as the families and volunteers who support it, and we would really like to expand participation and bring some new voices and ideas to the table

Hello Little League Families,

We will be holding our Annual Membership Meeting, and we would love to see more of our families get involved in helping shape the future of our Little League program!

Location: Ray Lynch Park - Concession stand 2nd floor

During the meeting, we will:

Hold elections for three Board positions that are up for nominations.
Review our Constitution and Bylaws and discuss any proposed updates.
Discuss adding three At-Large, non-voting Board positions to give more parents and community members an opportunity to get involved, learn how the Board operates, help with projects and committees.
Discuss plans and priorities for the upcoming season.
You do not have to be interested in serving on the Board to attend. All Little League families are encouraged to come, ask questions, share ideas, and learn more about what goes into running our program.

Our league is only as strong as the families and volunteers who support it, and we would really like to expand participation and bring some new voices and ideas to the table.

If you are interested in being nominated for one of the open Board positions or would like to learn more about one of the proposed At-Large positions, please reach out to us.

Come join us for dinner and THE SHOW tomorrow night. Help support the Allstar teams as they begin the postseason in Great Falls this weekend. This money will go towards food and activities for the next 2 weekends they are out traveling and playing ball for Beaverhead Little League - BLL
