Day 2 of FLN’s Professional Development Program marks the conclusion of an incredible two days of training with Dale Carnegie at the SEMA Garage Detroit.

Over the course of the program, 26 SEMA and FLN members dedicated themselves to two full days of intensive professional development, leadership growth, and meaningful networking opportunities.

The energy, engagement, and connections made throughout the training truly showcased the strength of our industry community. Another successful PDP is officially in the books — and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

FLN has named Ryan Thompson, Design Engineer at Speedtech Performance, as the network's newest spotlight member! 👏

The best advice that Ryan has received is: Good engineers come up with great ideas. Great engineers ask great questions. Use all available resources, including other engineers.

Ryan’s love for cars and trucks is what keeps him in the industry, and on Saturdays, you can find him working in the garage, spending time in the yard, or playing catch with his son at the baseball diamond.

Over the next two days, 25 driven SEMA member professionals are investing in their careers through intensive leadership and professional development training in partnership with Dale Carnegie.
