Don’t forget we not only offer group lessons but also solo lessons. King made a new little friend today! Our arena was full of giggles!
Special mention to the lady who connected us with King she sponsored today’s class!

Storytelling has always been how Indigenous communities carry truth, healing, and awareness forward. Films like Wind River continue to spark important conversations around Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives (MMIR).

In in a recent episode of Real with Redwood – Wellness on Screen, Toby sits down with Julie Andrews, LCSW, and Lester Nelson, CADC-II, for a grounded conversation on trauma, grief, systemic neglect, and the realities Indigenous communities continue to face.

FNWA attended today’s NDMIPTF meeting which was very informative! A demonstration of IPAWS and the step by step process that occurs when someone is missing were detailed. Lots of professionals from different agencies and tribes were in attendance and many questions were asked, including some comments on recent, current, and past cases. Meetings are available for the public to attend and recorded for viewing online. Find details at this page: https://missingpersons.nd.gov/meetings

Our mission is to strengthen our Tribal communities by creating a forum for leaders to come together to address the issues of domestic violence and sexual assault. We are committed to ending all forms of violence by providing culturally relevant services and resources, and facilitating the provision of those services by others in our communities.
