Bruce was in Texas earlier this week to co-lead another training with leaders for North Park Church in Sherman, TX. There is only one (formal) seminar left so it's very bittersweet but we are also grateful when we get to see how impacting these strategic conversations are.

Bruce had some real health challenges the days leading up to this trip which he hasn't had for a while and almost didn’t go. But God provided and he was close to “normal” for this time and we are so grateful. Thank you for praying as God laid me and ESHIFT on your heart.

Small steps of obedience matter more than big intentions.

It’s easy to think we need to do something big to make an impact. But most disciple-making happens in quiet, ordinary moments...conversations, prayers, and simple acts of care.

Don’t underestimate what God can do through your faithfulness.

Keep showing up. Keep loving people well. Keep taking the next step.

You don’t need a perfect plan.
You just need to start with one person.

We often wait until we feel more prepared or confident...but talking about Jesus was never meant to be complicated.

It starts by noticing who God has already placed in your life. Taking time to listen. Being willing to care, pray and walk alongside someone.

God is ALREADY at work around you! The question is - are you willing to join Him? Will you slow down enough to be available?

“So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.” 1 Corinthians 3:7

We don’t save people. God does.
And honestly…that’s REALLY good news.

Because it means the pressure is off.
You don’t have to have all the right words.
You don’t have to force a moment.
You don’t have to “close the deal.”

Your role? Simply obedience and availability.

To love well.
To listen intentionally.
To speak when prompted.
To trust that God is already at work in someone’s life.

Salvation was never your job...it’s His.

Just be faithful with what’s in front of you. God will handle the rest!!

These are some of the final words Jesus gave His followers before returning to heaven. And they weren’t just meant for pastors, missionaries, or church leaders. This mission belongs to every believer.

Disciple-making doesn’t require perfect words or a theology degree. It starts with simple faithfulness - building relationships, caring for people, listening well, praying for others, and pointing them toward Jesus in everyday conversations.
