MassRecycle is excited to announce that nominations are OPEN for our annual 🏆awards honoring outstanding achievements in sustainable materials management! ♻ This year we have added a Youth category to recognize a middle or high school student who has contributed to recycling, reuse and/or waste reduction in their school or community. Do you know someone who deserves recognition for their work to make Massachusetts cleaner and greener? Winners will be celebrated at the MassRecycle Fall Social on October 22, 2026, at Wachusett Mountain. Besides celebrating industry achievements, the Fall Social offers a chance to socialize with recycling peers, network with key decision-makers, and enjoy food and drinks in a relaxed and beautiful setting.

The Wachusett Watershed Regional Recycling Center is open to residents of it's seven member towns, Boylston, Holden, Paxton, Princeton, Rutland, Sterling and West Boylston. If you live in one of these towns take a look at what our friends at Wachusett Earthday, Inc. are doing and how they can help you properly dispose of excess items!

Here's our schedule for June. Saturdays will be busy with Latex Paint drop off and Rain Barrel pick up on the 6th and Confidential Document Shredding on the 20th. Also note we are NOT open the first weekend in July so plan accordingly.
