Ayer Police Athletic League The mission of the Ayer Police Athletic League (APAL) is to provide opportunities for youth to participate in team as well as individual sports and activities.

The Ayer Police Athletic League is a youth crime prevention program that utilizes educational, athletic and recreational activities to create trust and understanding between police officers and youth. These activities will take place in a safe and well-supervised environment and will promote the ideals of equality, fair play, good sportsmanship, health and teamwork. The APAL will help the youth de

velop confidence and self-esteem as well as foster a trusting and lasting relationship between its participants and members of the Ayer Police Department. The Ayer Police Athletic League gives all youths, regardless of color, creed, ethnic background, race, religion, s*x, s*xual orientation, or wealth an opportunity to participate in any and all programs we offer.
