ServSafe certification is the credential every kitchen has to keep current — and the deadline to grab a seat is this Friday.

PGNE's ServSafe classes are back at a special rate: Monday, September 21 in Derby, one day to get certified or re-certified before the fall and holiday rush. Registration closes September 4.
