What impressed me most is Jason’s design vision. He independently solved many creative and design challenges and even created a stunning logo for us that perfectly represents our organization. His sense of aesthetics, balance, and detail is exceptional.

Meet our Director and Board Member — Elena Nikolaevna Pankova

Elena has devoted her entire life not only to her professional career but also to volunteer work. Originally from Ukraine, she has always focused her attention on supporting artists of all ages. Whenever someone is struggling, Elena gives all of her free time to helping them grow, create, and find their voice.

Elena’s volunteer journey began many years ago, when she noticed a young girl sitting alone in a small community art center, quietly sketching with worn-out pencils. The girl explained that her family couldn’t afford art supplies, yet drawing was the only thing that made her feel safe and hopeful. Deeply moved, Elena returned the next day with a box filled with paints, brushes, and sketchbooks.

That single gesture grew into something much bigger. Over the years, Elena has supported hundreds of young and emerging artists — providing materials, mentorship, and encouragement. Many of them now credit her as the person who allowed them to believe in themselves.

Her dedication continues to inspire everyone around her. Elena does not simply help people create art — she helps them rediscover confidence, purpose, and the beauty of expressing who they are.
