We know that every young child and family in East Denver has the potential to thrive, but not every family has the same starting place. We are working to ensure all children in East Denver neighborhoods are valued, healthy and thriving by removing health disparities by the time they enter school. This year-long implementation initiative is funded through the BUILD Health Chal

lenge and brings together community and public health partners in five neighborhoods in East Denver: Cole, Clayton, Whittier, Five Points, and Skyland.
