A mindful, yet invigorating morning yoga practice to bring balance the mind and body, enhance strength and flexibility, and create a calm, clear mental state.

Sophie is trained well over 1000 credited hours of yoga. She began practicing yoga and learning about Ayurveda in 1997. Her approach is rooted in Hatha yoga, with influences from the Iyengar and Sivananda traditions.

Her teaching is accessible and reflective, encouraging each student to honor where they are while developing strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection with themselves.
