WHO ARE YOU… when you’re not describing what you do for others?

So often, when someone asks, “Tell me about yourself,” we answer with the roles we play:

“I’m a good mother.”�“I’m a supportive friend.”�“I’m a hard worker.”

But those answers describe how we show up for other people, not who we are at our core.

There is a deeper way to speak about yourself—one that honors your identity, not just your responsibilities.

Try describing yourself through your values, your character, and your inner truth, like:
✨ I am nurturing and patient.�✨ I am intentional with my energy and how I move through the world.�✨ I am resilient and committed to growth.�✨ I value honesty, compassion, and integrity.�✨ I am evolving, learning, and becoming more myself every day.

This is the power of shifting from I am what I do to I am who I am.
Because the most authentic version of you isn’t defined by a title, a task, or a role…
It’s defined by your heart, your spirit, your essence — and the intentional way you choose to show up for yourself.
