We're excited to share that Carina Health Network has been awarded $5.4 million through Colorado's Rural Health Transformation Program to support expanded work with seven rural community health center locations across our network.

We're also celebrating the success of our members and partners. In addition to the locations participating in Carina's award, 12 member community health centers received funding through their own RHTP awards.

We're grateful for the partnership of our members, the state of Colorado, and everyone working to improve access to care and health outcomes in rural and frontier communities throughout the state.
