We were proud to present at the 2026 Azara Healthcare User Conference last week alongside our members, Mountain Family Health Centers and Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc.

We shared how our partnership with the American Medical Association helped shape our Controlling Blood Pressure Quality Action Lab, which led to meaningful improvements in blood pressure control across our network last year. 🩺🫀
