Yesterday, members of our Government Affairs Committee had the opportunity to tour the Jefferson County Elections Division and get a behind-the-scenes look at the election process.

From ballot processing and signature verification to security measures and voter services, the tour provided valuable insight into the work that goes into administering safe, secure, and transparent elections. We appreciate the Elections Division team for taking the time to share their expertise and answer our questions.

As part of the Westminster Chamber’s commitment to civic engagement and informed leadership, opportunities like this help our members better understand the systems and institutions that serve our community.

Today we pause to mourn with our friends at the Wheat Ridge Chamber of Commerce at the loss of their President Dominick Breton.

Dominick was also a member of the Westminster Chamber, representing Kiwanis International, and was instrumental in launching and growing their Westminster chapter. 

Even while he battled health issues, Dominick's smile, enthusiasm for life and heart for the community never wavered.

His was a life that made an impact.

He will be deeply missed.

🌟 Please join us in welcoming our Summer Intern, Jacob Flannigan, to the Westminster Chamber team! 🌟

Jacob is a high-achieving senior at Golden High School with plans to pursue a degree in Business Administration or Economics after graduation.

When he's not focused on academics, Jacob stays busy as a member of Golden High School's top audition choir, a player on the boys tennis team, and a volunteer youth soccer coach with Colorado ICE. ⚽🎾🎶

This summer, Jacob will be supporting the Chamber through administrative projects, marketing initiatives, and community events. We are excited to have his energy, talent, and enthusiasm on our team and look forward to the contributions he'll make over the coming months.
