Our Story

The Leadership Assistance Program (LeAP) is an after-school Scouting program for youth ages 6-21 years old. It is designed for youth in diverse communities with socioeconomic challenges. LeAP builds self-esteem, socialization skills, and values through after–school Scouting in a safe environment with trained leaders as well as reduced membership and uniform costs.
