Theatre Artibus presents: Knuckle Sandwich. A new original show by Meghan Frank and Buba Basishvili, co-founders of Theatre Artibus.

Inspired by the visual storytelling of silent film and vaudeville, Knuckle Sandwich transforms the everyday negotiations of love into a full-contact theatrical bout.

Through physical comedy, slapstick, and absurdist storytelling, two lovers navigate the shifting balance between romance and rivalry, tenderness and competition, and the endless struggle to have the last word.

The gloves are on. The bell has run. Can love go the distance?

THEATRE ARTIBUS IN TBILISI! 🇬🇪

Yesterday we had the joy of leading an Architecture of the Game workshop in collaboration with Theatre in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The workshop brought together aspiring actors and students from the Theatre University for an exploration of physical theatre, ensemble play, improvisation, and the architecture that makes a theatrical game come alive.

We were thrilled by the enthusiasm, curiosity, and playfulness of the participants. The workshop was a wonderful success and a meaningful opportunity to exchange ideas, approaches, and theatrical traditions across cultures.

A huge thank you to City Theatre and everyone who joined us for such a joyful collaboration. We hope there will be more to come!

მადლობა, თბილისი! ❤️
