Our Cause

For employees of The CE Shop, our core value of “We Give Back” means a dedicated determination to help those underserved in the Denver area. In 2014, The CE Shop Foundation, a 501c3 organization, was formed to support youth health and education initiatives in the United States, aiming to eliminate childhood hunger by funding school-aged backpack programs.

In 2017, The CE Shop Foundation partnered with the Denver-based nonprofit, Food for Thought, and adopted Marie L. Greenwood Academy, a Denver Public Schools elementary school. We have committed to, and provided, a $40,000 annual donation that funds food-filled Power Sacks. These Power Sacks provide food to elementary school students on the weekend when their meals are not subsidized through school programs. Team members, friends, and family are invited to volunteer at the school on Friday mornings to help fill and distribute the Power Sacks to children in need.
