The AFSP West Texas Chapter welcomes you to join us in our mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide through education, research, advocacy, and loss and healing programs. ws and information and to create a community among individuals concerned about suicide prevention, coping with suicide loss and living with a mental illness. Buff CARES participated in Amarillo Construction Hike for Hope in Palo Duro Canyon on June 14th 2026. A Buff CARES student led the hike and team for the event. Buff CARES enjoys doing community outreach for events. Buff CARES coordinated with American Foundation for Su***de Prevention West Texas Chapter for the Amarillo Construction Hike for Hope.

We show up for each other-through the sunshine, the storms, and everything in between. Together, we are raising awareness, honoring loved ones, supporting those struggling, and reminding our community that no one is alone.
