As we approach the November General Election, Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is finishing up our voter registration efforts and moving into get out the vote (GOTV) work. This is a high-stakes election, and it is critical that all clients, staff, and community members can make their voices heard if they choose.

Phone banking is one of the most effective tools we have in our toolbox for voter outreach. We will be co-hosting two virtual phone banking sessions to encourage voters to complete and return their ballots and to vote NO on statewide Proposition 132 and vote YES on statewide Amendment 87. In this role, the clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address the complex needs of individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, trauma, and housing instability, utilizing evidence-based practices to support overall well-being and prevent a return to homelessness.
