About ASPF
Action on Soda and Processed Food (ASPF) is a non-profit organization located in Denver, Colorado. Based on the desire to help warn the public about this ongoing public health crises, ASFP was founded by Taylor Rennick and Danielle Russell in 2015.
Taylor and Danielle started the ASPF with one goal. To educate the public about the dangers of the added sugars found in sodas and processed foods. After starting a grassroots campaign via YouTube, ASPF has grown to an organization that operates in all 50 states.
The ASPF is committed to providing the public with the information they need to make the right dietary choices for themselves or their families. The ASPF works in communities of all shapes and sizes to educate families on the dangers of a high-sugar, low-fiber diet, and to educate them on what they can do to reverse their current way of eating.
Many people simply aren’t aware of the dangers of added sugars. The ASPF aims to change that. By providing necessary information in a non-judgmental or threatening way, the goal of the ASPF is to help shift the way we think about food, and how we understand what food is.
