Emily G., AmeriCorps member serving with the eeCorps at Outdoor Lab Foundation, is getting batty! 🦇

Not many folks get the chance to observe a bat up close to see their wings are flapping, webbed, hands and fingers.

Thanks to educational and fun programs like this, students will feel curious and knowledgeable about a group of animals that many people are frightened by!

Happy Earth Day to the educators, students, and community leaders who make environmental literacy a priority every single day.

We know that protecting our Colorado landscapes starts with understanding and loving them. We are so proud to support the roots of this movement, YOU, the people who inspire the next generation of leaders to care for our mountains, our rivers, and our communities.

✨Today, we celebrate the work you do to keep our state vibrant, educated, and connected to the natural world.

It's Outside for 5 Week & Environmental Education Week!

As an educator, YOU inspire, YOU innovate, and YOU make a difference every single day! This week you can make a difference by getting YOUR students in nature! Learning that takes place in outdoor settings fosters systems thinking, encourages students to become change-makers and choice-makers, and become adaptive in their thinking. It's good for students and good for the environment!

YOUR good work is recognized state wide. Check out the proclamation signed by our very own Governor Jared Polis.

Let’s celebrate together by going ! Sign-on to show your support at: www.outsidefor5.com.

A thriving ecosystem doesn’t just happen—it’s built by the dedication of those who show up, day after day, to nurture it. 🌿 This Volunteer Appreciation Week, we are overflowing with gratitude for the roots of CAEE.

From the visionary leadership of our Board Members and Regional Council leaders to the meticulous work of our Certification Reviewers and Awards Committee, your expertise shapes the future of environmental education in Colorado. 🏔️

A huge shoutout to our Conference Committee for building the spaces where we connect, and to our Admin and behind-the-scenes heroes who keep the gears turning smoothly. Whether you've sat on a committee, reviewed a portfolio, or lent a hand at an event—you are the heartwood of this organization. 👏

Thank you for giving your time, your energy, and your heart to CAEE. We couldn't do this without you!
