Come to the GlobalMindED Backyard for the Young Professional Leaders August Happy Hour! We will overlap with the GlobalMindED open house (Address: 1530 N High St. Denver, CO 80218) from 5:30-6.

At 6, Carol Carter, Founder of GlobalMindED, LifeBound and Keys to Success, Inc will share her insights on how to lead impactfully through and with others to achieve results that scale. When young professionals connect through organizations like YPAC and GlobalMindED, they are often able to build professional and leadership skills that their day job may not provide. Over time, these skills can catapult young professionals in to positions of greater responsibility in their place of work. Leadership outside of work is often the key to professional development for graduates over the arc of their career.

Bio:

Carol was a seventeen year executive with Pearson Education in NYC. She founded her own company, LifeBound in 2002. She is the lead author of the KEYS TO SUCCESS series for college freshmen which has been read by more than 3,000,000 students in the U.S. and around the world because is combined learning skills with what employers expect of graduates. . Carol has been a guest in 56 countries and has worked with colleges and K-12 systems on almost every continent.

Dan has been working in the tech industry traversing the ins and outs of architecture solutions. He's currently working as a consultant driving solutions that bring big ideas to measurable value for his clients.

Through CoDiv.org, he wants to bring together a community that has a platform to share their experiences so we can learn from one another. The diverse people that use technology to progress the human culture are amazing and they deserve an opportunity to show us what they can do.
