The Colorado Citizens Fire Brigade, a local grassroots relief effort for victims of the Colorado wildfires. We are a legally registered nonprofit in the state on Colorado - with 2 main goals.
1 - To support the victims of wildfires throughout the state by providing: food, water, clothing, hygiene, household items - and whatever else may be needed. Our teams will focus on the following areas:

ations provided free of charge to wildfire victims, their families, and animals (food, water, clothing, household goods, etc)
Hotel stays provided to victims of wildfires (as funds are available)
Property notification of wildfires and evacuations
Private help with animal rescues during evacuations
Road closures and land closures
Food and beverage support for fire personnel
By providing these support services to the local community, and the fire departments - the professional fire teams can focus more on fighting the actual fire and the fireline - instead of all of the secondary duties required to make an operation successful. By having more volunteers available at the start of a fire, we can reduce property loss, reduce loss of life to humans and animals, evacuate areas more quickly, and put out the fire faster!
