Park Hill Elementary PTSA Welcome! Join us in our efforts to make Park Hill an even more amazing educational environment!

Park Hill Elementary's PTSA bridges the gap between school and home by building community and raises funds to cover educational necessities that DPS doesn't cover. 2022-23 PTSA Officers:

📸 Reserve your spot for a Family Photo Fundraiser for Park Hill! Our very own Stephanie Tucker of Marilee.co Photography is generously donating her time and talent to host a family photo fundraiser for Park Hill!

How it works:
- Reserve your spot on 10/21 or 10/22 (after school). Spots are limited, so sign up today through SignUp Genius: Slot Sign up in Panther Pages and in stories.

- Once you reserve your slot, head over to Zeffy to make a $25 deposit. Link in our Panther Pages and in stories.

- If you do not show up to your assigned slot, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you do show up, this will go towards your total contribution amount.

- After your shoot, make a suggested contribution of 50–150 (whatever feels comfortable for your family). Once it’s received, Stephanie will deliver your digital photos straight to your inbox!

- 100% of proceeds go back to our school!!

Join us tomorrow morning for coffee at 8:20 am in the cafeteria for the Bixby Buzz & PTSA Meeting! Come get to know Mr. Charlie, our new assistant principal, during the meeting!

🎊 We will have bagels to celebrate hitting a PTSA membership of 122 people!! Thank you to all who joined the PTSA community! Members of the PTSA (you have paid or renewed your dues for the year) will be voting on this year’s budget.

🎥 A little behind-the-scenes footage for Walk & Roll to School Day! Tune in to 9News on Wednesday, October 7, for media coverage! Coverage starts at 5:30am tomorrow and lasts until 9:30am. Air times will be every hour between :30-45. will be here live tomorrow to film the Bike Bus in motion!

We’re hoping to see as many students as possible, riding their bikes, scooters, rollerblades, or just walking to school. There will be lemonade available on the east side of the playground, organized by the Sustainability Club. Students will need to bring their own cups/mugs. Bike buses will run at their normal times. Please consider joining one of the bike buses if you haven’t already! If you’re not on one of the bike buses, please plan to arrive early as the lines can be long.

This event is sponsored by a City of Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure micro-grant.

Join us this Tuesday, October 6, from 4- 7 p.m. at El Pinon on Colfax for Happy Hour! Families are welcome, and we will close off half of the parking lot for games and fun for the kiddos! 10% of every dollar you spend at the bar will go directly back to Park Hill Elementary.

Food is available for purchase from Supreme Chicken, or you can BYO. RSVP thru the link in Panther Pages. We hope to see you Tuesday!

Meet us on the PH Bike Bus (times listed below), and end at school with donuts & lemonade from the Sustainability Club! More details coming over the next week!

🌯 Let's hear it for another round of Awesome Break Burritos from Mr. Dennis this Friday morning, October 2nd at 8am! He will be serving up 100 burritos this time, so come hungry and support our Cafeteria! Cash and tap to pay accepted!

Thank you to everyone who supported Mr. Dennis a couple of weeks ago and bought a breakfast burrito. All the money made will go back to the cafeteria to help feed our kids and provide seconds to those who can’t afford it.

Calling all Panthers!! Our PTSA Memberships are available NOW! Our goal is to grow our PTSA membership numbers and get more families involved in supporting our students.

The PTSA is an easy way to support our students, teachers, and school community. Your membership helps fund programs and events - and you can participate as much or as little as you want.

🐾 PTSA Sign-up Deadline: Wednesday, September 30th!
🐾 Current members: 88

🐾 Levels to unlock:
- 110 Members: Bagels at the next PTSA meeting!
- 140 Members: Cookie Friday!
- 160 Members: PJ day for the entire school!
- 200 Members: Principal challenge!

🐾 $15 for a single membership or $20 for a family membership (two voting members).

THANK YOU, Park Hill Elementary community for helping us reach our Direct Giving goal!! We are incredibly grateful for the participation this year. We had a great turnout at movie night Friday, and the weather was kind to us and left us a little surprise 🌈!

Direct Giving & Movie Night is how we fund the things that make a year at Park Hill more than just what happens inside the classroom. Extra field trips, the specials programs, the new bike racks, and the rest of the activities the kids actually get to do. One hundred percent of what you gave goes to that.

We appreciate you!!
