At the 2025 NFL Combine, Medrano ran a 4.46-second 40-yard dash, the fastest time among all linebackers at the event. Washington selected him in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, the 205th overall pick, and he signed his four-year rookie contract that May. He made the Commanders' active roster and appeared in nine games during his rookie season.

Youth Sports Giving Day is here! September 1–15

For 21 years, Athletics & Beyond has been more than a gym — we're a home base for 700+ youth in Montbello and Aurora, using sports as the entry point to academics, mentorship, wellness, and real opportunity.

We've moved into a new home 3x the size of our old space at 3250 Quentin Street — and we need your help finishing the job. Your gift today helps fund our capital campaign to build out an indoor 50-meter track and indoor turf, plus the equipment and supplies our young athletes train on every day. Your gift can also scholarship a child $625.00 annual fee to be a member.
