🎉 Another successful CoAMP Networking Meet-Up!

From NAMB 🎉

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is now law.

Back in June, we told you the House passed H.R. 6644 and it was headed to President Trump's desk. As of midnight, it is officially law.

This law: Makes small-dollar mortgages more accessible and profitable for brokers; removes artificial costs from manufactured housing and speeds up permitting and local approvals.

NAMB President Kimber White called it "a truly monumental moment for the housing industry."

This is a win for brokers. This is a win for borrowers. This is a win for the independent lending industry.

COAMP has officially strengthened its partnership with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) through a new reciprocity agreement.

This partnership will bring additional value to our members through:

✅ Free annual CE (members pay only the $19 filing fee)
✅ A new co-branded mobile app with industry resources and guidelines
✅ Enhanced advocacy at both the state and national level
✅ Expanded education and professional development opportunities
✅ Additional support for Colorado events and initiatives
✅ Increased sponsorship and industry engagement opportunities
