The inaugural paddle from our new spot by The Lake House on Cherry Creek Reservoir. HUGE thanks to for loaning us one of their boats to get started!! We appreciate their generosity, friendship, and shared desire to introduce and support outrigger paddling in CO.

We are still repairing and repainting our own boats that were acquired last year - necessary and FAR bigger of a task than we imagined. Thank you for spearheading the effort and performing most of the repairs so far. We’re looking forward to our Malolo arriving in July and getting more people on the water!

We plan to start regular practices (with club membership and dues) as soon as we can accommodate a larger number of paddlers. Check on Heja if you’d like to get into the boat before then. We appreciate the enthusiastic requests and inquiries to paddle - thanks for being patient with COOCC’s “soft” start to our season!
