Denver Drink & Draw

Denver Drink & Draw is a Denver community non-profit organization that serves both as a local meet-up and showcase platform of local and independent cartoonists. Our goal is to augment and nourish cartooning talents within the community, as well as provide the public with access to these artists’ comic and illustration works. , you are welcome to join in our regular group meet-up that is open to the public. We meet every Tuesday night from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., currently in the basement of Hooked on Colfax on 3213 East Colfax Avenue near the intersection of Steele and Colfax, and the Bluebird Theater. We humbly ask, however, that you come with the intention work on artwork as well as socializing with us. An affection for comics in particular is an added plus. Feel free to bring whatever personal project(s) you would want to work on and/or show off. Each week, we generally work on some collaborative piece (usually a jam comic), that we’ll probably try to coerce your participation on if you come down to join us.
