Neighbors we know this press conference is at an inconvenient time but if you are able to join us in room 377 at 3pm for a community press conference ahead of the vote at city council on a Moratorium, we would appreciate it. Public comment starts at 5:30 for another opportunity to have your voice heard. We hope the moratorium is a first step and the city has to ensure the issue is tied to People’s Health first and foremost !

Upcoming city series of meetings on the Triangle, the first one is at our office this Sat 5/16. These will review the site and talk about the "public assets" like the arena. The National Western Triangle is taking neighbor responses for our thoughts on housing- reach out to us with any questions!

After years of organizing the Triangle Visioning, the first community survey is live. This is a critical opportunity to ensure the city hears what our community truly needs for this land. The survey closes on May 15th—please fill it out today!

Community ownership of land is the answer! Did you know we have a GES neighbor-owned Community Land Trust called Tierra Colectiva?

We invite neighbors and allies to join us for this upcoming organizing meeting on Thursday March 26 at 5:30 PM to help us in the struggle to reclaim land at the National Western Triangle in Elyria for community control. Come hear about our strategy and how to get involved. The city has opened up the public process thanks to this campaign but this next year will be key. The city has a 1 million dollar budget and we have People Power. Come get involved and help us win this campaign. The future of our neighborhoods depend on it!

The GES Coalition's movement is gaining momentum and needs your support now more than ever. We're fighting for affordable housing, reclaiming land at the triangle, and taking on the Data center issue. We require substantial funding that prioritizes community needs over external interests.
