I am excited to announce the release of our Request for Information (RFI) for our community-owned commercial space at 4965 Washington Street!

The RFI is live on our 4965 Washington project information page on our website: ges-coalition.org/4965-washington

Here are a few key details to keep in mind:
- RFI Review Sessions: Dates for both virtual and in-person review sessions will be sent out soon, in advance of the submission deadline.
- Deadline: RFI responses are due by EOD on November 14th, 2026 but submitting early is highly recommended to allow time for clarifying discussions.
