Something big is coming to Lamar Street — and you're invited to help kick it off.

The City of Lakewood just received a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts to bring brand new public art installations to Lamar Street, stretching from light rail all the way to Colfax Avenue. To celebrate, West Arts District is throwing a block party — and we want the whole community there. Come out for live music, original art installations, sculptures, street performances, community painting projects, and a chance to actually shape what gets built. Your voice matters in choosing the final installations — this is your neighborhood, your art.

📅 July 25th, 4-8pm
📍 Lamar Street, 13th to 14th Ave.
