It has been awhile since we posted anything and it's because we are changing course a little bit and will be taking the next 9-12 months to re-develop our support programs. We will be integrating life coaching services among other things. If you have questions for us, need us for anything please reach out to us via private messaging here on Facebook as the messages will be checked frequently. We are excited about the new path that Trace My Heart is taking! Stay tuned!

Summertime play dates! Join us at a small, quaint, sensory integrated park for a play date. Meet new families and have a great time too! We have one coming up in August 8, 2017 from 9:30 - 11:30 am. Bring appropriate snacks and weather gear for your child if they need specialized items. We will provide a light snack and bottles of water for everyone. The park address is 10376 Wadsworth Boulevard. Westminster. It is nestled in between Target and the strip mall where Camp Bow Wow is off of 104th & Hwy 36. Park at Camp Bow Wow and there is a handicap accessible path to the playground. See you then!

We at Trace My Heart Foundation, a registered 501c3 non-profit, are committed to supporting the special needs community! Our mission is to support individuals with disabilities as well as their families. We do this through the generosity of financial contributors by allocating funds donated according to specific needs. Additionally, we embrace the hearts of those we support by creating a network of families and to foster an environment that truly makes a difference in the lives of the families we touch.
We hope you will join us in our next big event in Denver, CO on July 8, 2017 @ 8 am! Follow the link below and select our team name on your registration page. If it is possible, we would like to ask those who are joining us in the Bubble Fun Run to also make a donation to the Trace My Heart Foundation.
