Did you know about Denver's FREE After School Meals for Youth Program? The Office of Children's Affairs and the Tasty Food Team invite youth, ages 3–18, to enjoy breakfast, lunch, supper and/or a nutritious snack. Tasty Food meals include up to five food groups that are low in fat and prepared fresh. No ID or registration required. Just show up and eat! And YES...you can bring a friend, or two, or three, or more! 💪🏽🍎🥗

My heart is so full! Today was like the Super Bowl for BIPOC consultants!! We hosted the cream of the crop in Colorado BIPOC consultants and enjoyed community, strategizing and great conversation. Huge shout out to the Colorado Health Foundation and Chef MaLia Reese!!

I am humbled and grateful that last night my organization Ducks in a Row Human Services Inc. was featured as one of three nonprofit organizations in the City and County of Denver at Mayor Mike Johnston’s and the Denver African American Commissions Black History Month celebration!! In addition, we will also be honored to receive a Black History Month proclamation on Monday from city council woman Shontel Lewis and city councilman Darrell Watson as one of the lass than 60 Black leaders, Black led organizations and Black serving organizations in Denver!! 🏆🖤❤️💚
