Holding Victoria Secret Accountable!

Pushpalatha was a garment worker at a Brandix factory in Sri Lanka, sewing for brands like Victoria's Secret– on October 10, 2025, she went to work and never came home.
Victoria's Secret profits from women's labor. They can afford to protect it.
We're demanding that Victoria's Secret sign an enforceable agreement to end gender-based violence in their supply chain. Not a promise. Not a PR statement. A binding commitment.
Women are watching.👁️ SHARE THIS POST. Show up for Pushpa.

Powerful conversations. Real stories. Collective vision.

We had an incredible EPIC Listening Session—grounded in honesty, strength, and community. Women in the trades came together to share their experiences and help shape what equity in construction should truly look like.

✊🏽 People over profit. Workers leading the way.

Huge shoutout to IUPAT District Council 81 for hosting and holding space for this important conversation. We’re building something bigger—together.

Support a fair food system on Farm Workers Day! Workers' rights to overtime pay are under threat. SB 26-121 would require farm workers to labor for 56 hours each week before earning a dollar of overtime pay. Contact the Representatives on the House Agriculture Committee and urge them to VOTE NO on SB 26-121: bit.ly/NOonSB26-121

In 2021, Colorado passed the Agricultural Workers' Rights Act — a landmark step toward correcting decades of inequity. SB 26-121 threatens to undo that progress. Agricultural workers have a fundamental right to overtime protections that safeguard their health and safety. Tell your Representative to protect that right. Contact the Representatives on the House Agriculture Committee and urge them to VOTE NO on SB 26-121: bit.ly/NOonSB26-121

🚨 URGENT ACTION NEEDED 🚨

This week is Farmworker Awareness Week in Colorado—and lawmakers are even moving to recognize March 31 as “Farm Workers Day.”

Yet tomorrow, the Senate will vote on SB 26-121, a bill that would force farmworkers to wait 56 hours before earning overtime—while every other worker in the state earns it after 40.

This is unacceptable.

Dolores Huerta has fought against this kind of injustice for over 60 years. We cannot allow this hypocrisy to continue.

📞 Take action NOW: Call or email these Senators and urge them to vote NO on SB 26-121:

• Sen. Jeff Bridges — 303-866-4846 | [email protected]
• Sen. Judy Amabile — 303-866-4872 | [email protected]
• Sen. Lindsey Daugherty — 303-866-4840 | [email protected]
• Sen. William Lindstedt — 303-866-4863 | [email protected]
• Sen. Kyle Mullica — 303-866-4451 | [email protected]
• Sen. Dylan Roberts — 303-866-4871 | [email protected]
