We are blown away by the support that we've received from local Steamboat businesses since we moved our Xtreme Hike there last year. We'd like to give a big shoutout to our in-kind sponsors of last month's 2026 Steamboat Xtreme Hike:

-Marabou Steamboat Springs for giving us a venue for all of our group meals!
-Cafe Diva and Chef Kate for an amazing and delicious Friday pre-hike dinner!

✨ We are just two weeks away! We hope to see everyone at the Rocky Mountain Chapter’s annual Breath of Life Gala on Saturday, November 7th at the Seawell Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
 
The evening will feature opportunities to connect with fellow supporters, enjoy an exceptional dining experience, sip handcrafted cocktails, and experience live music. Guests will also enjoy an exciting live and silent auction showcasing exclusive sports experiences and memorabilia, luxurious travel adventures, distinctive jewelry pieces, and an array of unique, one-of-a-kind packages. We are so excited to celebrate Mike Turner & Matt Crouse as they transition into new roles within the CF Foundation.

After nearly 10 years of outstanding leadership as the Executive Director of the Rocky Mountain Chapter, Mike is stepping into the role of Individual Giving Officer for the Central Area, where he will travel around the country connecting with CF families and supporters. Congratulations, Mike!

And congratulations to Matt on his promotion to Executive Director! In this new role, Matt will lead the Rocky Mountain Chapter and continue to serve our amazing CF community as he’s done for over a decade.
