Registered Neighborhood Organizations (RNOs) are groups formed by residents within a community that are registered with the Denver Department of Community Pla

nning and Development. An RNO hosts regular meetings and is responsible for facilitating communication between residents and as well as facilitating communication between residents and the city. CPUN provides a working forum for the residents of Central Park to participate in creating, developing and fostering a vibrant urban community dedicated to social equity, environmental responsibility and economic opportunity. At monthly meetings, CPUN facilitates the discussion of key issues with neighbors, engages in proactive problem-avoidance, and amicable problem-solving. CPUN is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our community. Our mission is to work for the betterment of this community in the City and County of Denver by providing:

- A forum for the residents living in Central Park to discuss and resolve issues.

- A network of communication.

- A means of acting on matters of importance to the community as a whole. CPUN is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization led by an all-volunteer board of directors, elected to serve by our neighbors. MONTHLY MEETINGS

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected in these times? More emotionally activated than you want to be?

Our January meeting focused on community involvement through volunteering and mutual aid. Our February meeting will focus on getting our minds and hearts centered to be able to do that community work more effectively.

Come to our interactive, engaging community workshop to deepen our collective capacities to:

- Take care of ourselves mentally and physically so we are more present and useful to our communities
- Practice ways to re-center when a hot a button is hit and we feel overly activated
- Build more effective connections with our communities

Join us for 45 minutes of gentle grounding and yoga activities.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one, or you can do activities in a chair.

We’ll have snacks and socializing afterward.
