📚What business book inspired you on your journey as a business owner? Come and share it!

It doesn’t have to be a ‘business’ book. Maybe it's a memoir that changed your perspective. Or a novel that sparked your creativity.

Or a great leadership read that helped you navigate a challenge.

At this month’s Founder’s Forum, we’re bringing those stories to share!

Connect with fellow women entrepreneurs for a special Book Exchange where we’ll share the books that have inspired us, the lessons we’ve learned, and the stories that have helped shape our journeys. Bring a book that you’ve loved and leave with a new one recommended by another founder.

📅 Wednesday, July 8

🏳️‍🌈 Pride Month is worth celebrating. LGBTQ+ Equal Pay Day is a reminder of why the work isn’t finished yet.

Observed on June 17, LGBTQIA+ Equal Pay Day highlights the wage gaps that many LGBTQIA+ workers still face. "Equal Pay Day" marks how far into the current year a group must work to earn what the average white, non-Hispanic man earned in the previous year.

While Pride is a time to celebrate identity, visibility, and progress, Equal Pay Day is a reminder that there's still work to be done. Pay equity isn't just about a paycheck—it's about opportunity, economic security, and creating workplaces where everyone can succeed.

As we celebrate Pride this month, let's also recognize the importance of building a future where equal work truly means equal pay.

Thinking about joining CWCC? Here’s why summer is actually the best time to do it.

A lot of people wait until January to start new habits: networking, professional development, or getting more involved in their community.

But, let’s be honest, we all know how New Year’s resolutions can go. By February, the gym is quieter, the day planner is collecting dust, and those big goals get pushed aside by everyday life.

That’s why summer is such a great time to join CWCC.

If you want to make a bigger impact in 2027, don't wait until the New Year to start building the habits, relationships, and opportunities that will get you there.

Here are 5 reasons to join CWCC this summer:

1. Build Momentum Before Everyone Else
While others wait for a fresh start in January, you can spend the next six months creating meaningful connections and growing your network.

2. Establish Your Networking Routine Now
The most successful professionals don't network once a year—they make it a habit. Summer is the perfect time to start showing up consistently and building relationships that last.

3. Get Connected Before the Fall Rush
Use the summer months to meet members, attend events, and find your place within the CWCC community before calendars fill up in the fall.

4. Develop Your Leadership Skills Earlier
Whether you're looking to grow your business, advance your career, or increase your community involvement, the sooner you start investing in yourself, the greater the return.

5. Set Yourself Up for a Stronger 2027
The connections you make this summer could become future clients, referral partners, mentors, collaborators, or friends. The groundwork you lay today creates opportunities for tomorrow.

✨ Don't wait for a New Year's resolution. Start building the relationships, habits, and momentum that will help you thrive in 2027.

🎥✨ Lights. Camera. Connection. ✨🎥

We had an incredible evening inside Telemundo Colorado and NBCUniversal’s Comcast Technology Center!

CWCC Visionary and Elite Members had the rare opportunity to go behind the scenes of one of the nation’s most important broadcast operations hubs, gaining an insider’s look at how Telemundo and NBCUniversal deliver content to audiences across the country.

Attendees connected with high-level executives and talented journalists from Telemundo Colorado to hear more about the Spanish-language television and how they bring stories from our community to life. Plus, we explored the NBCUniversal National Operations Center through an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour.

From learning about the power of Telemundo programming, Peacock, and FIFA World Cup opportunities to networking with fellow business leaders, the evening offered meaningful connections, unique insights, and unforgettable experiences. And to top it all off, guests enjoyed great conversations, cocktails, and music from a live DJ!

A huge thank you to Telemundo Colorado and NBCUniversal for opening their doors and creating such a memorable experience for CWCC members. 🎤📺⚽
